When you place an order for a Product (“Order”) this will be deemed an offer to buy the Product for the price stated, subject to these terms and conditions.
After you have submitted your Order we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order.
Once we have sent the confirmation email we then get to work on meeting your Order and if we can, we will arrange for each Product to be sent to the address stated in the Order process.
You may at any time within 7 working days of delivery of the Product to you change your mind and cancel your Order and receive a full refund PROVIDED THAT you return the Product to us in its original condition and with its original packaging.
In the event that a Product is faulty or defective, please contact us as set out below or at email@example.com and we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.
We may advertise Products on the site for advance pre-orders (“Pre-Order”). When you place a Pre-Order we will advise you at the time of the anticipated length of time for delivery of the Pre-Order and the amount of the purchase price due.
Products are designed and developed for specific countries which are currently the UK, nations within the EU, USA and Canada (“Approved Countries”). We also offer support to Little Printer in Norway, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore and Brazil (“Supported Countries”). In the event that you purchase from a Supported Country you are expected to comply with the rules and regulations in such country including any relevant import and safety regulations. You can use a payment method from any country but we only ship to the Approved and Supported Countries.
If you are a consumer (as defined under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000) you may at any time within 7 working days of delivery of the Product to you change your mind and cancel your Order and receive a full refund PROVIDED THAT you return the Product to us unused, undamaged, in its original condition and with its original packaging, at your own cost. We will offer a refund of the purchase price paid, which refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase. Please contact us via letter or e-mail to the addresses provided below to notify us of your desire to return your Product for a refund and to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation). NO returns will be accepted without an RMA. Your RMA will be valid for ten days from date of issuance. Your returned Product must be postmarked within that ten day period. The RMA number must be included with the returned product.
If you return the Product to us (a) without an RMA, (b) beyond the ten day RMA issuance period, or (c) without proper packaging, we retain the right to refuse delivery of such a return.
If you are buying the Products as a business you will not be entitled to cancel your Order.
In the event that a Product is faulty or defective, please contact us as set out below and we will provide you with either a replacement or a refund at our discretion. When a Product or part of a Product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes BERG Cloud’s property.
The Product is guaranteed for six (6) months from delivery from material defects. This warranty does not apply to defects in the Products caused by:
Fair wear and tear;
Wilful damage, abnormal storage and working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;
If you fail to operate the Product in accordance with the instructions (Including, but not limited to use in countries other than the Approved Countries); and
Any changes or modifications made to it by you.
We use a separate company to send out our packages. When you order a Product, and except where you are making a Pre-Order we will endeavour to have your Product ready for shipping within 10 working days of receiving your order.
Products are only shipped to Approved and Supported Countries

IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur.
If we discover an error that affects you, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In those circumstances we reserve the right to cancel or suspend a transaction until the error is corrected and will use all reasonable efforts to ensure the same error does not reoccur and that it is rectified as quickly as possible.
We may cancel any Order, Pre-Order or sale and not supply the applicable Product if it is reasonable to do so (including without limitation in the event of mistake). We may also change or discontinue the availability of any Products at any time in our sole discretion.
Payment is due from the moment an Order or any Pre-Order is accepted.
Payment may be made as set out on the payment page of Our Service, by credit card, debit card or any other such method as we may introduce in our sole discretion.
We aim to debit money from your account within three working days after receiving your Order including any deposit for any Pre-Order.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form.
Prices are quoted in specific currencies including UK pounds, Euros and US dollars. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency you should pay by debit or credit card (or any other method that we may introduce from time to time) and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the current rate.
You will not be charged for any Orders or Pre-Order that cannot be fulfilled and where appropriate we will re-credit to your account any sum debited by us.
We cannot guarantee that a particular Product will always be available.
Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the Order.
Where applicable, all Order or Pre-Order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where they differ.
Please note that any charges levied for customs clearance (import duties, customs and local sales taxes) are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country and remain the responsibility of the purchaser; BERG accepts no responsibility for these fees. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
Where you have a valid promotion code, the following additional terms and conditions apply on the discounts:
When more than one promotion is running at the same time – the highest value offer only will be valid. Not in conjunction with any other offer.
Discounts will only be available on Order values over the amount stated in the applicable promotion.
Discounts are only valid until the date published.
Discounts are only redeemable for purchases made on Our Service.
Discounts are not refundable.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions or conditions of contract which you may propose.
Use of the word “including” in these terms and conditions means including without limitation.
Failure to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not be deemed a waiver of any term or right.
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, it will be construed as far as possible to reflect the intention and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our site is intended for and directed at the United Kingdom and no representation or warranty is made as to whether Our Service complies with the regulatory regime and local laws of any other country.
Use of Our Service and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of all the above permissions, exclusions, licences and conditions of use and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
